Bailey,Panther WV, Virgil & Rufus

Please if anyone has any info on Virgil Bailey born 02/05/1921 died 09/03/1979.
His father was Rufus ? Bailey and he married twice. Lovis Christian was his first wife. I have very little to go on. All family connection to my Father have since passed.
My Father also lived in KY......McCarr and Matewan West Va. He was a coal miner for New Alma Coal Co. in the mid to late 50's located in McCarr Ky.
