did you read the last part?
other notes: (Allegedly) the Sheriff's office stated they do not have the means to collect the horse and if I could not transport the horse to the sale barn and couldn't keep it, then to take it in the mountains, away from the highway and turn it loose.
I love cats - but I can't eat a whole one
