Scam????

I posted a horse on here. I got an email from a guy in Dubai (united arab emirates) who wants to buy her. He sent a cashier's check and requested that the vet bill+price of horse be deducted and the remainder sent to a guy in Holland. I am scared that this might be totally bogus. Anyone else have this problem?
