Two McClellan saddles stolen, Two, 1904, 12 inch army cavalry McClellen saddles in good condition were stolen from my barn tack area about October 8, 2011 and no later than Oct. 11,2011. Saddles were brown in color with closed leather custom made stirrups with adjustable straps. Breast, stirrup and cinch straps were all leather in good condition. Custom soft leather saddle seat pads, light brown in color, were tied to each with leather ties. One saddle had a damaged front tear repaired with stitching. Underside of both had fleece padding in need of repair. A bright bronze colored metal authentic identification plaque was on front of both saddles. Two head stalls, one red synthetic, the other leather attached to one, white synthetic reins and the other leather, both sets of reins were attached with release snaps.
