I hope it's resolved soon...whatever that may mean.

A horse could be lead out of there without anyone asking a question...and they should be allowed to just "keep" a horse there without checking it in, but I've seen it happen. I was there two years ago and there was a sign on a pen with two horses in it that said they were "dumped overnight" and that if anyone had any info to let them know.
