Missing Paint Stallion (san jose east)

Watta Rocki Mount APHA 2000 liver chestnut stallion (or gelding) would have been sold with no papers and big story about getting ownership thru Abandonment!
This stallion was leased to and last seen in the possession of Tiffani Kjeldergaard dba Flying Paint Ranch of Potrero, CA, he was there under lease contract of which she breached, demands for the return of the stallion were ignored, her claims have been tried unsuccessfully twice in El Cajon, CA courts, and dismissed both times.
CA deputy brand inspector and SD deputy sheriff went to the Flying Paint Ranch and the horse was gone, she told them she sold him, we are trying to find him, if you know anything about this stallion(gelding) please contact Pat Boegle , Reno Cell...(970) 778-1265 or email thelineshack@yahoo.com
