File a police report. Horse theft is a crime. Have you been to CowTown? Have you gone by the previous owners place to look? Have you printed pics and taken them everywhere, in the last two weeks there's been both La Grange and Oakdale Rodeos and 2 weeks before that was the BackCountry Horsemen's round-up in Turlock. Check all to see when the next events are coming up and go to them, with pics in hand. Don't rely on animal control. Have you actually gone to animal control? They run all the horses through auctions also and don't usually give info out on the phone. You have to go look.
