Trailer has been recovered damaged and with contents missing

Here's an update from the trailer's owner:

I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the incredible response I received from everyone about my stolen trailer. Your vigilance and the fact that the e-mail spread like wildfire helped recover my trailer.
I got a call today around noon that my trailer had been found on the side of a back road in Ramona. The sheriffs were able to quickly find me from people that knew to contact me because of all the e-mails that had been circulating.
There were only two tires left on the trailer....one which was not drivable.
So I spent half of the day trying to find tires to put on the trailer to go pick it up (big thanks to my side kick for the day, Debbie Rocha!) Finally when we got there it was hard to find my trailer stripped down to just about nothing. The mats were taken from the inside. The lock to the tack room had been drilled out and at least half of the contents including the spare tire had been stolen from inside. The brake cable had been taken, as well as the chains and pin. All the tires were stolen except one and an old spare that had been thrown on. They had done some driving on only two tires because the lug bolts were stripped. A big thank you to Todd and Carlee Roberts that met me out there and helped get it in semi driving order!
We were able to put 3 tires on (two were questionable with the stripped
bolts!)
After getting the tires on Todd followed behind and I very slowly was able to drive the trailer away from the back road!

I have to say that after having my trailer stolen and finding it in such bad condition I had pretty much lost my faith in people. But after getting so many phone calls and e-mails of possible leads, suggestions, and just words of encouragment......my faith in the goodness of people has most definately been restored!

I hope that you all pass my thank you around just as effectively as you passed my previous e-mail you guys were amazing!!!!
