Posted by DarkhHorseFarms on 8/29/2006, 8:29 am Last Friday night, August 25th, the Quirks' horses were stolen from the home These horses are used for 4H, the flag team and gymkhana and are dearly missed Please keep your eyes open and help pass the word before they get too far away! These horses may have been sold or be offered for sale. If you bought these horses under false pretenses, they will not hold you responsible. Local sale yards and horse dealers have been notified. The Quirks are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the return of

Stolen 4H horses (belonging to kids!)!!!
Hello, please forward this to everyone you know:
where they were boarding them in the Bridle Path Area of Spanish Springs near Sparks, Nevada. A neighbor said that she did see suspicious activity that night involvingthe horses.
"LAKOTA" is a 7 y/o light gray Arab mare with a few dappled spots and a striped hoof. She had rubbed off some of her mane.
"BATMAN" is a 17 y/o dark bay Arab gelding He has a star and a big scar on his right front leg and has an old bowed tendon. Also has an indent above his right eye and a small white mark on the right right side of his withers.
A 2 y/o black Fresian was also stolen at the same time.
