I have 6 fleeces for trade:
1 white Friesian
1 black FinnX
1 grey Finn
3 white Finn/Friesian (first shearing lambs)
These fleeces are exactly as they came off the sheep. They will need to be skirted, scoured and picked before using. They came from un-blanketed pasture raised sheep so there are some burs in them, but not as much as in range raised fleeces.
I typically get $20-$40 per fleece when I ebay them, but they are a pain to ship so I thought I would try to trade them. Special bargain if you take them all!
What I need:
Nice leather turnout halter small horse size
Nice leather rope halter small horse size
Parelli style lunge line with ring on end
Horse or Large horse sized Sidepull with a leather or bio nose (I already have a stiff rope nosed one and my mare hates it)
Set of double reins (black or havana)
NibbleNets or other slow feed hay bag type
Easyboot RX size 3 (I think)
Westip girth (any size)
Leather girth with either no elastic or very good condition elastic size 50-54"
I ride Aussie and English on draft style Haffies, so I am open to other offers. If anyone happens to have a XW or XXW saddle that would fit a super short backed Haffie that they want to trade, we can work a deal with me giving $$$ to make up the difference if the saddle is an expensive one.
I do NOT want to ship these. They are located in Gilroy, but I may be able to meet you at Carousel Saddlery in Palo Alto, Blue Horse in Los Altos or Happy Trails Tack in Pleasanton.
