Can Bulldogge Live outside in the winter snow?

Hello there, I have a question about Olde English Bulldogge. I've been following the bulldogge breed and have done lots of research but I keep getting mix information. Can Olde English Bulldogge live outside in the cold where it's below -30 degree? So website and breeder's website says that bulldogge can live outside in the very cold winter while other says that bulldogge can not live in the winter snow. I live in Wisconsin and it gets real cold in the winter. Any infomation you have will help me greatly, Thanks.
