Some of you may remember our "big brown dog", Sienna, who was a stray that had been dumped out here in the "country" and was running scared for a couple weeks in our area, before we were able to "win her over" and took her in (Oct. '09)
She was skinny and young (barely 1 year old) and looked like a Rhodesian Ridgeback with no ridge
She shows some Pit blood with her face/head shape, but she is TALL and BIG and when she was lanky she did sort of look like a Rhodie. Here is how she looked shortly after we got her (we put some weight on her already in these pics)
And here she tried to sleep in the Rat Terriers' too-small-beds!
Anyways, she is FAT AND HAPPY and such a big part of our family. I just wanted to share some photos.
Here she is at Christmas, now! Happy and Fat! (and yes, that's me stoking the fire in my slippers ![]()
And with one of our Ratties, Rocky - enjoying the fire again (they LOVE the fireplace)
