This is a difficult situation. I would recommend working with a trainer/behaviorist who is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Management will be important with these dogs. Once fighting starts, it is difficult to stop. As the dogs are actually causing harm to each other requiring veterinary treatment, this is a serious issue. Good luck.
