The goal, in my opinion, is to have Avon Commons be a Beechwood Mall west. What Avon Commons could use are more upscale businesses and/or unique to Cleveland stores. It should be a destination location. A destination for Westlake, Rocky River, North Olmstead etc to drive to and spend their money in Avon. Currently, someone from Rocky River has reason to drive to Avon Commons. Some stores I believe would do this...
