I have had a run in with the not so honorable Mr. Rak myself. I mistakenly purchased a scooter on ebay and contacted him to let him know and, well, let's just say I got the furthest thing from a positive, civil response. He threatened me and my property. He called me derogatory names over and over again and left numerous vicious messages on my cell phone. I have reported Mr. Rak to the Ohio BBB, to Ebay and to my local police department.
