The Avon Historical Society, a 501(c)3
corporation, has passed a motion to
receive the Avon Center School from Greg
Romes and then donate it to Ron Larson
who has obtained all City approvals to
move it to Old Avon Village.
value if he donated the building, for tax
purposes, it would be very much to his
advantage NOT to demolish it.
