Is he really a Japanese Ultra Nationalist ?

I have been in Japan for many years. Be honest I have not come across one Japanese individual who openly claim himself as a ultra nationalist and admitted all the rape and torture they did on our people.In fact, quite the reverse is true. Those minority fanatics in Japan are coward. They are militants rather than a true nationalist.
