Can anyone tell me how I can dispute the worth of my car against an ins. co.? A lady hit my car, damaging the driver's door and rear door. The ins. co is telling me the car is a total loss and is only offering me a low amount. How can I get them to pay for the damage repaired? I think it's cheaper for them to say that and that is why they are going this route. Can anyone help me? Thanks
