i need some serious advice our insurance company is not taking care of us at all my car was stolen was gone 21/2 months we were glad to get it back with minor things needing to be fixed even though the car really should have been theres after 30 days they could not have given us what that car is worth to us. Said check it out let us know we will fix what we need too this was on a friday we called them back on a monday told them and they never got back with us my husband and myself made numerous phone calls then when i did not hear from him i emailed him and he called the next day we called back and the start of the phone tag thing again. We had pulled the car in parked it locked up everything still in the car left the way it was found for them to see if they needed to we were just waiting on them to get back with us to know what to do. Well not only have we been back and forth and nothing being done so i can put insurance on the car and start driving it the car was STOLEN AGAIN!!!!! and they said they are not responsible for anything now because it wasn't covered but the first time it was and they did not settle anything with us .. I finally got a check for rental car 4 months later and it is not even the full amount i am suppose to receive.. i am very frustrated and upset that now i am totally out of the car and need to know if there is anything at all i can do????
i have had this car bought new in 1998 and i have kept insurance on it never wrecked worked hard payed off and now someone has taken it from me and they are telling me they aren't responsible for anything .
