ABS light - light will not go out

Hey all , I have a 96 contour , recently I have had more than a few problems ...
#1 my radio randomly stops working and then when it comes back on it will play at full blast EVEN if it is turned OFF
#2 My ABS light comes and and when I step on the break it feels like it is locking up then slipping
#3 when i shut the car off all the rear lights stay on and there is NO WAY to make them shut off .
Any clue whats the deal with my car ??
