reply; what kind of 'fluid' are you talking about? If its water, you might have a water leak. The water is dripping in through your throttle body or intake etc... when the thermostat opens at warm up the water increases flow through the entire cooling system and the 'smoke' dies away. A sure way to tell if your fantom smoke is realy water is to place your hand at the tail pipe while your engine is running, if your hand smells like antifreeze its the cooling system, if it smells like other stuff you have another problem. the 4.3 V-6 is bad for blowing head gaskets and other fun to fix nightmares. Good luck! If you know any one with a 93-2000 2 door 2 wheel drive blazer or jimmy they want to get rid of give me a call!
