My daughter's car was running just fine. Her brakes needed to be redone. After sitting for two weeks, the brakes are redone but now the car won't start. I'd say its the carborator but it's a fuelinjection system...the dealer looked at it and they want to charge me $462.00 to change the spark plugs (they say it's flooded and they're gunked up) and replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor. (They claim the part alone is $200.00 but I found it online for $98.00) I'm at their mercy and just find it hard to believe that her car could go from running just fine to sitting to $460.00 worth of repairs! If anyone out there knows anything about this, I'd really appreciate your input. Thanks for your help!
