so my car was stolen a month ago and my insurance is trying to settle a price with me and we cant come to an agreement. i think they are offering me way less then she deserves. it a 2000 dodge intrepid 2.7l base with 160,000 miles. BUT...had a new engine installed that only has 35,000 miles on her. they are trying to offere me the price of a 160,000 mile care plus only $500 for the new engine. engine that cost me $3000. i think they are insane and they gave me my 3 options. 1. accept offer. 2. hire an appraiser. 3. file for mediator. im so confused but i still think they are jipping me! please help! my email is trishacarlton@comcast.net. thanks.
