I was recently rear-ended in my 2001 Toyota Solara. The guy was going about 40-45 mph, and I am concerned the frame has been bent. His insurance co. is not totaling it, but I believe it should be totaled. I am waiting on the appraisal. On the appraisal, I believe they used the wrong car specs, which shows the NADA value to be higher than it should be. Once I get the appraisal, if they did use the wrong car specs, do I have any recourse?
