engine light on,engine looses power off&on doing highway speed Help

I have a 97 chevy venture minivan great van but my engine light came on driving on the highway.What it is doing is driving speed over 100km engine looses powerlike it wont take the gas stumbles then picks back up does this only on highway.In town driving the light goes out then works great until you go on the highway again.I brought it to a garage they did a engine reading codes came up were mass air flow, o2 both sensers they said its probly not mass air. Could the o2 sensers cause this problem or could it be somthing else.If you can help please reply thanks..
