Not sure about the cream bit but you could try this one. cheers Penny
1 large can stewed tomatoes, drained well
1 large white onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 cup chopped cilantro (to taste)
1 fresh japaleno pepper, chopped (use seeds for hotter salsa)
1 tsp. salt (to taste)
