Hope this one suits. list 1. 3 medium potatoes. peeled and sliced 1 teaspoon sugar 4 cups boiling water 3 tablespoons cornmeal 1 teaspoon salt. List 2.Dough 2 cups luke warm milk 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup of water 1 tablespoons melted shortening 1/8 teaspoon salt flour From list 1. Put potatoes in a bowl and add the cornmeal, sugar, salt and boiling water. Wrap bowl with thick cloth, cover top and leave overnight Next. Remove potatoes from bowl. Add from list 2. milk, water, baking soda, salt and shortening with sufficient flour to make a dough stiff enough to knead. Knead until smooth and elastic. Shape and put in well oiled tins. Cover and leave to rise until double. Pre heated oven. 400f. for approx 45 mins.
