Posted by penny 3/4 cup of lemon juice Mix honey and juice in a pan, bring to a rolling boil. If you have lots of lemons, why not make lemon marmalade which is very good. cheers Penny.

Hope this one suits.
21/2 cups of honey
1/2 cup of liquid pectin.
Add pectin and bring just to a boil stirring constantly.
Put into hot sterilised jars and seal.
