Hope this one suits.
75g muscovado raw brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons crude black strp molasses
100g 100% wholemeal self rasing flour
50g margarine
30ml molasses
50g raw brown sugar
50g 100% wholmeal self raising flour
75g walnut halves.
Bottom layer, beat marg and sugar then beat in the eggs and molasses.
Fold in the flour.
Pour into prepared tin.
melt margarine in a pan with the molasses
remove from heat
add sugar and flour
spread mixture over bottom layer and then decorate with the walnut halves in even rows. 2 inches apart
when cake is cut into squares a walnut half is in each square.
