Not sure if this is the one you need but perhaps worth a try.
3/4 lb. flour
1 oz yeast (or one 6gm sachet of dried yeast)
3 oranges. grated rind and juice.
4 oz. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 oz. margarine.
Tepid water. (with orange juice to measure about 3/4 pint)
2oz. finely chopped pecan nuts.
Cream yeast with the sugar and tepid water/juice.
Rub margarine into flour
Make well in centre and add yeast mix and pecan nuts.
Mix to form a soft dough.
Cover and place in a warm place for about an hour (until doubled in size)
Shape into a loaf or several buns.
Pre-heated oven 475. Loaf will take approx 1 hour, buns 15 - 20 mins, according to size.
Simmer sugar and milk gently for 2 mins until nice and gooey.
Remove cooked buns and brush with glaze whilst hot.
Allow to cool on wire tray.
