Posted by penny 1/2 cup liquid honey...............125ml Gently melt butter with honey in a pan and add remainer of ingredients. If preferred, pour over some chicken pieces and cook in oven uncovered for approx 20 minutes, turning and basting once. cheers Penny.

Not sure if this is the one but sound possble.
1/4 cup butter or margarine.........60ml
1/4 cup dijon mustard...............60ml
2-4 teaspoons curry powder.......10-12ml
pinch cayenne pepper
Simmer very gently for about 5 minutes.
Pour over cooked vegs.
