Lost carrot cake recipe

There was a carrot cake recipe from a milk calendar a number of years ago that I used on numerous occasions. Unfortunately I lost the recipe and have been looking for it ever since. It used a tin of pineapple and a glaze icing instead of cream cheese icing. If anyone has a copy of that recipe and would be willing to share it, I would be most grateful.
