Not sure about the one you mentioned but perhaps you might like to try the following. Quick and easy.
40g. 1 1/2 oz plain flour
450ml 3/4 pint milk
seasoning
225g. 8oz frozen spinach. Thawed and finely chopped
4. eggs
Whisk in the milk and cook, stirring until sauce thickens.
Season to taste.
Mix 1/3rd of the sauce with the spinach
Pour this into a shallow dish
Make 4 wells in the mix
Break an egg in each well
Cover with the remaining mixture
Pre heated oven. 25 minutes.
190c 375f gas mark 5.
