Sorry for delay, have been away. You did not mention whether a machine or hand made. However, if you use the recipe of an ordinary white loaf, when you come to the shaping, roll it into a long stick shape and score the top with a sharp knife before proving. Bake on flat tins. For a richer loaf, try a smaller amount. Such as-
1 lb plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 oz butter or margerine
1/2 oz yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
