This Recipe Serves: Yield 12 dozen
1 pkg. (1 lb., 2-1/2 oz.) Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1-1/4 C. seedless Raisins
1/2 C. chopped Walnuts 1 Egg Yolk
1/4 C. shredded Coconut
1/4 C. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Beat together butter, cream cheese, egg yolk and vanilla. Blend in dry cake mix 1/3 at a time, mixing last portion by hand. Mix in raisins, coconut and walnuts, drop by level tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 15 min. until lightly brown.
