Grandma used a duck-hen, that was straddled over the turkeys to bake. We need to know if the duck is to be seasoned, with salts/pepper or with a dressing beneath it for basting the turkey as the turkey is being roasted? Are we to eat the duck, or toss it out to the dogs.We do not want the turnenduck recipe, because we know it's not the same recipe.
