I remember making this dessert and remember the ingredients it was originally published on a ritz cracker box. I cannot remember the name or amount of each ingredient. This is what i do remember: egg whites beaten stiff, cream of tarter, sugar, and crushed ritz crackers mixed together and baked into a crust. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling with whipped cream on top of that. This was a popular dessert at family get togethers in the late 60's and early 70's. Unforntatly my aunts and mom have miss placed their old receipies and this dessert is lost to our family.
