Posted by Jim Berry, MEd, ATC The district would prefer a candidate with a teaching credential, but will consider ANY interested candidate at this time. Also, there are 3 high schools located in the Myrtle Beach metropolitan area that are currently seeking Assistant Athletic Trainers for the 2004-2005 school year. Interested individuals would most likely have to work as substitute teachers for the current school year, and then would receive an athletic training supplement as well. There is a strong possibility that full time positions will be found for any individual who comes into the district this year in this capacity. If you do not have a job, would enjoy living at the Beach, and are interested in any of these positions please contact me via email (MBTrainer@aol.com) or at one of these telephone numbers - 843-445-2051 or 843-340-9506. Thank you! Jim Berry, MEd, ATC
