If your school doesn't have an AT, then I suggest finding one that does or call the nearest university with AT's and spend time with them. It's the only way to find out if you truly love the profession. Chemisty, Anatomy, First-Aid/CPR, Biology and physiology are going to help you the most. Good Luck!

Ooops - I'm glad to hear that you have an interest in the AT field. My first question would be: How did you find out about this profession? What is your connection to this profession? I would then suggest that if your school has a certified athletic trainer; you should be talking with them and possibly helping out in the training room.
