I assume you want to be the best at what you do and give yourself the best chance for success. If that is the case, I would seek a school that allows you access to both a AT and PT program. Both of which should be certified, it will save you a lot of headaches and give you the best education. Obtain your BS in Athletic Training and get your MS in PT. This will make you the ability and flexability to work i a variety of settings, make the most money while searching for your "perfect job". I would also seek out a CSCS certification from the NSCA.
