Help!!

I have a 97 Honda Civic. My car got broke into, and they stole my stereo and ripped out all the paneling above and beneath where the stereo sat. The air conditioning vents are gone too. Do you know where i can get a replacement panel? Can i do it myself, or do i have to go to a shop? Thanks A bunch!
