89 cavalier

when my car "89 Cavalier " warms up it stalls when I come to a stop. It will start right up. It does not start to doing this until after at least 8 miles or so. We change the sparkplugs and wires. runs great otherwise. Has only 56500 miles has been sitting for 2 yrs.
