Chrysler Sebring Coupe 1999

I have a chrysler sebring coupe lxi 1999. I have a anti-glare rear view mirror. The compass and the anti-glare both quit working. The lights on the mirror only work when I open the door otherwise they don't work when the doors are closed. Any ideas?
