1989 GMC Suburban

I have a big tank that I love to death! Unfortunatly I think it will be the death of me. I have been using a jump wire on my ECMB slot in the fuse panel because I pop fuses like candy. I've tried uping the amps to as high as 30 but it pops them even before I start the truck. Now the fuel pump isn't getting power and the left turn signal stays on. What do I need to buy that will save my baby?
