2003 pontiac grand am

i have a 2003 pontiac grand am 3.4L v6 i changed plugs and wires car still has miss and took it to dealer and they said something was wrong with emissions so they said that means that gas cap not tight or vacuum leak so i checked cap and checked for vacuum leaks and didnt come up with anything so if there is someone out there that has this problem or if someone can lead me in the right direction i would appreciate it thanks alot
