BMW 520I question

I am about to buy this BMW 520I 1989 model. When I got up to around 80 KMPH.
The car started to shake. The shaking seemed to come from the right front tire.
Where the inspection technician said he recommended I replace the drive shaft rubber joint dampner. Could this be the problem?
