Horn on 92 Ram Van 250 Not working

I have a 1992 Ram Van 250 and the horn and the cruise control stopped working. I am not worried about the cruise control but I do need the horn. A couple of days ago when I opened the hood and slammed it close, the horn came on but when I pressed the horn on the steering wheel it still did not work. I have checked the fuses but can't find what is wrong with it. Help!
