People can say what they want. Doesn't matter to me. Numbers speak volumes. Last 4 seasons. Open/c. 6-27 D. 94-60 E. 27-5
The upper record is the equivalent to playing 11 tournies at $250 a pop = $2750.
Makes sense that I would pay all the money to suit my guys up with 2-3 unis each season and sandbag to play D only. Our D record is decent but nothing to brag about. I have been told if I just let some of my guys go and go after new players then we could compete in C. Also was told it's not about winning every weekend. It's just as important to see how u can compete. Like me or not I have tried to be loyal to my guys. And keep Maxx together. You know where I stand.and I Have always tried to be fair with people.

what those numbers show me, is that you are in limbo basically. too good for D, not good enough for C. there are lots of teams between classes like that in the state. probably the reason you catch so much grief is that it is your own players, that you are loyal to, that are constantly telling the other teams below them that they need to work hard to get better and catch up to you guys. seems like a double standard, as you don't appear to be trying to improve yourselves to compete in C. just simply playing the first few months of every year in C doesn't convince me otherwise. it is what it is. doesn't help also, that you guys don't have a lot of class when beating teams that you know you shouldn't be playing to begin with. you bring these criticisms on yourselves. on the flip side, the fact that you choose to stick with your core group of guys for the purpose of playing ball together is admirable. and that's where the line gets blurred. everyone plays for their own reasons. not everybody has the desire to make this hobby of a sport into a lifetime pursuit of perfection. some folks just enjoy playing the game. which you seem to be insinuating here. fair enough. there are always going to be haters arguing for and against other teams for their own selfish reasons. my point is this...all of the discussion is pointless. as long as there are separate classes in softball, there is going to be griping from teams that aren't winning, whining about the teams that are. its that simple. you have the blessing of the state director to play in whichever class that you are in, that should be good enough. perhaps its best to just ignore the rest of the nonsense. just my opinion of course.

Ok then. The Show/ashbrooks
18-3 against d in the last 4 seasons
NSS this year is 6-1 against D
G & C 14-3 last 2 seasons. Against D.
Muscle beach this year is 8-2 against D
Natural state this year is 9-2 against D.
Maxx is 11-10 this year in D. We can't win for losing. We will follow the guidelines of what Billy wants just tired of all this. Doesn't matter what I say it's all irrelevant. This season had been a wash. Torn rotator hs made the old man bitter.

as the fella above said earlier, you are doing what the director will allow you to do. that's all that matters. stop worrying about the smack talk and just go play. no point in arguing about this stuff. perhaps it would be wise to take note of his comments however, and persuade your team to conduct itself with a little more class while youre beating up the rest of the D class(with the exception of DSA of course that nobody can beat). you may get a lot less flack if you would do so. the arrogance and crap talking yall do to other teams isn't flattering.

Ok then.
Mayhem against D last 2 years - 29-7 FBI against D last 2 years - 18-3 Aftershock/BHR - 20-3
Total - 67-13 (Thanks Mayhem for 7 loses)
We aren't one of those 3 teams that have went thru D & C class like butter knives last 2 years.

Here something else. That 187 team Nally's guys supposedly combined with had an E record of 4-4 then they showed up one tourney went 5-0 won, then they bumped them to D. Since then with those guys on their roster have posted a 54-14 record in D with all top 2 finishes I believe. If players make that much of an impact I feel like Utrip needs to do a better job of tracking players not teams!
