Checking in. Hope all is well with all of you. In
Northern Calif. we had a thunder and rain storm today that made us run for cover during a deck repair. If we were fishing or hunting we would not have let it bother us. Hope you all check in.

To add a note. Things move along here. Racked up my 86th this week and our 63rd.A cool June in the Bay Area. Vision going to the dogs but can read a computer screen easier than printed material. All in all not that bad at this stage of the game.

Hello, Al, and the rest of you swab Jockeys and other visitors.
I'm just "checking in", also.
I am SLOWLY getting better from a rather rough year so far. And my wonderful wife of 60 years is struggling along with me! We realize how fortunate we are to still have each other and to be able to get around some. There are many, many people MUCH worse off than we are. We thank God every day for what he has done for us.
For you who are hurting, or ill we pray. Just "hang in there" and we'll all meet again in that "Heavenly Harbor" where there will be no more torpedoes, bombs, shore batteries, wild weather and seas, and the chow will be excellent every meal!

Count me also among the still fairly active. My part of Southern California is clouded over (the usual "June gloom") and some needed drizzle is in the forecast. Otherwise, all is pretty much as it's been: no new aches and pains but no relief from the old ones. Still, I can't complain. Be well, all of you.
