I have switched from Time Warner to AT&T and have managed to lose everything in my computer, at least for now. It's going to take me a while to get organized; I haven't dropped out in any way, but my address book has died. -- Fran

Have you called AT&T help ? The No. 1-888-321-2375 you will get hooked up to someone in India but if you can understand him he may be able to help you. GOOD LUCK !!!!

You have AOL, correct? Did you use the address book that AOL provides? If so, maybe you can call them to see if they can help you retrieve your address book.
I know that this is frustrating. Try to hang in there!!!!
